RELATING TO LIGHT POLLUTION. Establishes a dark night skies protection advisory committee to assist DBEDT in the development of a statewide dark night skies protection strategy to preserve dark night skies and reduce light pollution. (HB2160 HD1)

RELATING TO SOLAR ENERGY FACILITIES. Requires special permit approval in order to place solar energy facilities with a capacity of more than twenty-five kilowatts in certain lots within the agricultural district of a county that meets certain conditions. (SD1)

RELATING TO MILITARY SERVICE. Authorizes reserve and national guard members to receive paid military leave while on inactive-duty training. (HB1807 HD2)

RELATING TO MOPEDS. Requires registration, inspections, and number plates for mopeds. Requires all persons driving a moped to wear a safety helmet securely fastened with a chin strap. Effective 7/1/2030. (SD1)
