RELATING TO THE NATURAL ENERGY LABORATORY OF HAWAII AUTHORITY. Exempts the operations of the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii Authority from the fifteen-year limit for concessions or space on public property. Takes effect 7/1/2030. (SD1)

Amends the eligible uses of community-based economic development grants to include technical assistance. Amends grant eligibility criteria. Reduces the size of community-based economic development advisory council. Appropriates funds. (HB2289 HD2)
