RELATING TO SCHOOLS. Establishes a task force to review the school impact fees law and recommend any necessary amendments. Appropriates funds for the administrative and operating expenses of the task force. Clarifies that housing projects that, pursuant to chapter 201H, HRS, are exempt from certain laws, shall not be exempt from the school impact fee requirement. (SD1 Proposed)
