RELATING TO THE HAWAII HEALTH CONNECTOR. As part of the transition to a federally supported, state-based exchange: repeals the Hawaii health connector, updates an associated reference to the connector, and states that any debts and liabilities pertaining to the connector that were incurred prior to its repeal shall not constitute a debt or liability of the State. RELATING TO THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT SECTION 1332 STATE INNOVATION WAIVER. Authorizes the State to submit and implement a waiver from certain provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.
