RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.

Creates the class C offense of endangering public transportation for tampering with a public highway or a facility of public transportation with intent to cause any damage, malfunction, nonfunction, theft, or unauthorized removal of material which would result in the creation of a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury to anyone.  Defines facility of public transportation.

RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

Imposes penalties for an owner of a place of public accommodation with at least one hundred parking spaces available for use by the general public who fails to provide at least one parking space exclusively for electric vehicles and equipped with an electric vehicle charging system.

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE.

Allows proof of motor vehicle insurance to be displayed in electronic format on a mobile electronic device.

RELATING TO DRIVER EDUCATION.

Requires information on organ and tissue donation to be included in the curriculum for the statewide driver education program and behind-the-wheel driver training program.
