Requires motor vehicles safety inspections to be conducted every two years rather than annually.

Requires an owner of a trailer bought out-of-state and subsequently brought into the State to provide proof of payment of the use tax with the application for registration unless otherwise exempt.

RELATING TO THE STATEWIDE TRAFFIC CODE.

Clarifies when pedestrians may enter a crosswalk equipped with a countdown timer.
