RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Requires each county police department and all state departments and agencies having law enforcement divisions or law enforcement functions to report crime data annually to the department of the attorney general for transmission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Requires all state departments, state agencies, and county policy departments employing law enforcement officers to report annually to the legislature on specified information concerning firings, forced resignations, alleged criminal activity, grievances, and incidents of a sexual nature.

RELATING TO PROCUREMENT.

Requires every government procurement officer to attend initial training by the state procurement office and regular follow-up training as determined by the state procurement office.
