Amends requirements relating to adoption records.  Allows adopted individuals who have attained the age of eighteen and their natural parents access to the adopted individual's sealed adoption records upon submission to the family court of a written request for inspection.  (HB2082 HD1)

Amends the Uniform Parentage Act to allow for service by publication when defendants cannot be located or personally served.

RELATING TO GUARDIANSHIP.

Requires the courts to provide information relating to adult guardianships to the Hawaii criminal justice data center to disclose to the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Instant Criminal Background Check System database for gun control purposes.

Prohibits, subject to certain exemptions, employers from requiring, requesting, or coercing employees or potential employees to provide access to their personal social media accounts.  (HB1739 HD2)
