Allows the electronic mailing and posting of meeting notices; requires the posting of the notice on the state or appropriate county websites; and increases public access to information before a public hearing by a board.

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE STATE CAPITOL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TO REDESIGN THE REFLECTING POOLS.
Makes an appropriation to the Department of Accounting and General Services to conduct a study relating to the rehabilitation and renovation of the state capitol reflecting pool.
