RELATING TO UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS. Prohibits the permitting of new underground storage tanks within 100 yards of the shoreline. Allows permit holders for existing underground storage tanks located within 100 yards of the shoreline to renew their permits. (HB2626 HD1)

RELATING TO INVASIVE SPECIES. Mandates the Department of Agriculture to establish a Little Fire Ant Pesticide Treatment Coupon Pilot Project and site map. Requires the Department of Agriculture to report to the Legislature on project implementation. Appropriates funds.

RELATING TO INTERISLAND MOVEMENT OF INVASIVE SPECIES. Mandates the Department of Agriculture and the Hawaii Invasive Species Council to perform specified tasks to address the interisland spread of invasive species. Requires annual reports. Appropriations.

RELATING TO CONSERVATION DISTRICTS. Establishes an automatic ninety day extension of the conservation district permit decision deadline beyond the time necessary to complete an environmental impact statement or contested case hearing. (HB2036 HD1)
