appropriate supplemental funds for the operating and capital improvement costs
for the Executive Branch for fiscal year (FY) July 1, 2016, through June 30,
2017.

The Administration submitted a supplemental
budget that totaled:

Your Committee on Finance has amended this budget to
appropriate:
FY 2017
General Funds $7,078,690,750
All Means of Financing $13,713,230,801
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of
your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee is in
accord with the intent and purpose of H.B. No. 1700, as amended herein, and
recommends that it pass Second Reading in the form attached hereto as H.B. No.
1700, H.D. 1, and be placed on the calendar for Third Reading.
