A BILL FOR AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR w.h. shipman for traffic modifications in the shipman business park.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $2,750,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2016-2017 as a grant-in-aid pursuant to chapter 42F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to W.H. Shipman, Ltd., to make traffic modifications in the Shipman Business Park on the island of Hawaii, as follows:

     (1)  Plans                              $250,000

     (2)  Traffic lights                    $2,500,000

     The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of transportation for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2016.
