HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2016.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-eighth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2016, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2016 are hereby determined to be the 25th, 26th, and 29th days of February and the 1st and 2nd days of March, on which dates the Regular Session of 2016 shall be recessed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2016 are hereby determined to be the 26th and 28th days of January, the 10th day of February, the 7th and 9th days of March, the 1st, 11th, and 13th days of April, and the 2nd and 4th days of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2016 shall be recessed.
