A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the kona international airport.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 261-26, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended to read as follows:
"§261-26 Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole. The official name of the airport situated at Keahole-Kona, Hawaii shall be the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole."
SECTION 2. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
