MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE AHA MOKU ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Appropriates funds for the administrative and operational expenses of the Aha Moku Advisory Committee. Appropriates funds for the community education on the administrative structure regarding the aha moku system and on natural and cultural resource management.

RELATING TO HUNTING. Requires DLNR to make reasonable efforts to prevent and mitigate the loss, destruction, or degradation of public hunting areas. Establishes the hunting advisory commission. RELATING TO SMALL BOAT HARBORS. Requires that a person be 18 years or older prior to obtaining or being placed on a waitlist to obtain a permit to moor a vessel in a state small boat harbor.
