Requires the counties to obtain approval from the office of veterans' services prior to any action that may impact the State's obligation to establish and maintain veteran's cemeteries.

RELATING TO HUNTING LICENSES.

Establishes a lifetime hunting license for qualified disabled veterans and veterans who have received a purple heart.
