The purpose of this informational briefing is to receive an update on MAC 2.0, the reorganization of the Military Affairs Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii. The Military Affairs Council is comprised of business leaders and retired U.S. flag and general officers to advocate and liaison with the military commands. The MAC supports the preservation of our military installations and activities with business, labor, as well as city, county, state and federal leadership and communicate priority issues with key stakeholders and the broader community.
The following have been invited to speak:
· Maj. Gen. Daryll Wong, The Adjutant General for the State of Hawaii.
· Jennifer Sabas, Consultant for the Military Affairs Council.
· Representative from United States Pacific Command (USPACOM).
No public testimony will be accepted.
