RELATING TO THE TAXATION OF DESTINATION CLUBS.

Establishes a tax on annual destination club dues apportioned to the State.  Requires destination club membership plan managers to register with the Department of Taxation and keep records of annual destination club dues apportioned to the State.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB1900 HD1)

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Provides an income tax credit for costs incurred in new hotel construction.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB2170 HD2)

RELATING TO TOURISM STIMULUS INCENTIVES.

Provides qualified employers a non-refundable income tax credit of a percentage of wages paid to qualified employees for a period after completion of hotel and resort construction or renovation.  Provides a general excise tax and a use tax exemption for certain hotel and resort construction or renovation.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB2169 HD1)

RELATING TO TOURISM.

Amends requirements for HTA's tourism marketing plan to require a single-document Hawaii brand management plan and amends related HTA functions.  Makes housekeeping amendments to HTA's functions and duties.  Amends requirements for annual report.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB1692 HD2)
