RELATING TO HEALTH. Appropriates unspecified funds to the department of health for direct health care services for the uninsured and underinsured. Appropriates unspecified funds to the department of human services to restore basic adult dental benefits to medicaid enrollees and to provide outreach and eligibility services for individuals and families at federally qualified health centers. Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues and the community health centers special fund to establish health care homes. Appropriates unspecified funds to provide behavioral health services at federally qualified community health centers. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)

RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INTERIM ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT SPECIAL FUND. Establishes a special fund, the interim assistance reimbursement special fund, into which interim assistance reimbursements received from the Social Security Administration are deposited for repayment of state-funded financial assistance provided under the general assistance, aged, blind, and disabled, or temporary assistance for needy families programs for recipients who are retroactively approved for supplemental security income and authorizes DHS to expend the funds for state-funded financial assistance programs. DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW
Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Testimony should indicate:
· Testifier's name with position/title and organization;
· The Committee(s) to which the comments are directed;
· The date and time of the hearing; and
· Measure number.
While every effort will be made to incorporate all testimony received, materials received on the day of the hearing or improperly identified or directed, may be distributed to the Committee after the hearing.
