RELATING TO THE NEUROTRAUMA ADVISORY BOARD. To facilitate meeting quorum requirements, reduces Neurotrauma Advisory Board membership from 21 to 11 members while maintaining representation of all existing parties. Clarifies quorum and voting requirements and allows Director of Health to add members from state and county who work in neurotrauma. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2304 HD2)

RELATING TO HEALTH CARE TRANSFORMATION. Establishes the Office of Health Care Transformation within the State Health Planning and Development Agency, and changes the agency's name to the Hawaii Health Care Planning and Policy Authority. Establishes the Health Care Transformation Special Fund. Extends from July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2017, the Health Care Transformation Program, which is temporarily placed within the Office of the Governor, and effective July 1, 2017, transfers the Health Care Transformation Program to the Hawaii Health Care Planning and Policy Authority. Appropriates funds. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2277 HD1)

RELATING TO REPORTING DEATHS TO STATE AGENCIES. Authorizes the Department of Health to disclose, including through electronic means, lists of names of persons whose deaths have been recorded by DOH, to state agencies that maintain official lists of persons and are prohibited by federal law from sharing information from the lists. Sunsets on July 1, 2016. (HB2262 HD2)
