Authorizes the Hawaii public housing authority to establish a work study program with the University of Hawaii Myron B. RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF THE CONVEYANCE TAX COLLECTIONS TO THE RENTAL HOUSING TRUST FUND.

Restores the allocation of conveyance tax collections to the rental housing trust fund to 50% beginning 7/1/2014.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO THE HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

Authorizes the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation Board of Directors to set the salary of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation Executive Director; provided that the salary does not exceed a specified amount.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD2)

Authorizes the issuance and appropriation of general obligation bonds to fund low-income housing tax credit loans.  Effective 07/01/2050.  (SD1)
