RELATING TO PUBLIC HOUSING. Authorizes the Hawaii public housing authority to establish a work study program with the University of Hawaii Myron B. Thompson school of social work and allow the work study program to be implemented at each public housing project and state low-income public housing project. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)

RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF THE CONVEYANCE TAX COLLECTIONS TO THE RENTAL HOUSING TRUST FUND. Restores the allocation of conveyance tax collections to the rental housing trust fund to 50% beginning 7/1/2014. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Authorizes the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation Board of Directors to set the salary of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation Executive Director; provided that the salary does not exceed a specified amount. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)

Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Testimony should indicate:
