DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB2657 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY. Transfers responsibility for the warranty of the area of a roof on which a solar energy device has been installed from the roofing contractor to the solar contractor that installs the solar energy device.	ENE, CPN
SB2652 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY. Establishes association rules for the placement of solar energy devices in the absence of a private entity adopting rules.  Makes permanent the prohibition on requiring an encumbrance on title for the replacement of any solar energy device.	ENE, CPN
SB2178 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO ENERGY. Permits the installation of clotheslines in any residential dwelling or townhouse.  Defines a reasonable restriction on the placement and use of clotheslines as any restriction that is necessary to protect public health and safety, buildings from damage, historic or aesthetic values, and shorelines under certain circumstances.	ENE, CPN
