      Status & Testimony

RELATING TO STATE PLANNING.

Part I: Requires the Office of Planning to review and propose updates to the State Planning Act and submit a written report to the Legislature.  Appropriates funds.  Part II: Requires the board of directors of the high technology development corporation to create a first responders technology campus and cyber security command center. Designates certain properties to be included in the park.  Appropriates funds. Effective January 20, 2050.  (Proposed SD1)
