RELATING TO SEAWATER AIR CONDITIONING.

Allows the production of air conditioning in an area or district from a seawater air conditioning cooling system to benefit as an "eligible business activity" under the State's enterprise zones program.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB1950 HD2)
