REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU AND UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS TO CONVENE A WORKING GROUP TO EXAMINE POSSIBLE LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS TO THE FLOODING ISSUES AT KAHUKU HIGH AND INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL. (PROPOSED SD1)
