Status

RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS.

Clarifies that an association's duty to report to the department of taxation is limited to the relevant information an association actually receives from a transient accommodation operator.  Limits the fines imposed on an association while also holding an owner or operator of a transient accommodation accountable for failure to report.

Status

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Applies conveyance tax to the conveyance of a controlling interest of an entity with an interest in real property.  Amends calculation of tax amount.  Eliminates exemptions.  Applies to conveyances occurring after June 30, 2015.

RELATING TO CREDIT PROTECTION.

Authorizes the parent or legal guardian of a minor child to place a security freeze on the minor child's credit report.

Status

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Adds milk, poultry eggs, poultry carcass, poultry meat, beef, beef carcasses, goat meat, goat carcasses, lamb meat, lamb carcasses and aquaculture and aquaponic products to be consumed in the State to GET exemption for the loading, transporting, or unloading of agricultural commodities shipped into the State.  Effective July 1, 2013.  (HB1260 HD1)
