"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TERM, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT COVERING PORTION OF STATE SUBMERGED LANDS AT HALEAHA, KOOLAULOA, OAHU, FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE EXISTING SEAWALL, AND FOR USE, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR OF THE EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED THEREON,"
