     Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.C.R. No. 229 entitled:

"HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES TO CONDUCT AN OPIHI MANAGEMENT STUDY,"

The purpose of this measure is to request the Department of Land and Natural Resources to conduct an Opihi management study.
