A BILL FOR AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT CULTURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $110,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2014-2015, for the aha moku advisory committee, to be expended as follows:

     (1)  $75,000 for administration; and

     (2)  $35,000 for community education.

     The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of land and natural resources for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2014.
