HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2014.

     BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-seventh Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2014, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2014 are hereby determined to be the 20^th, 21^st, 24^th, 25^th, and 26^th days of February, on which dates the Regular Session of 2014 shall be recessed; and

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2014 are hereby determined to be the 22^nd and 24^th days of January, the 3^rd and 5^th days of March, and the 7^th, 9^th, 28^th, and 30^th days of April, on which dates the Regular Session of 2014 shall be recessed.
