A BILL FOR AN ACT

making an appropriation to the hawaii employer-union health benefits trust fund.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $         for fiscal year 2014-2015 for deposit into the Hawaii employer-union health benefits trust fund established in section 87A-30, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2014.
