A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to the department of health.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  The building that houses the administrative offices of the department of health at 1250 Punchbowl street, Honolulu, Hawaii, known as "Kinau Hale", shall be renamed as the "Dr. Loretta Fuddy Building", in honor of the late Dr. Loretta Fuddy for her service, sacrifice, and devotion to the people of Hawaii.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
