RELATING TO GOVERNMENT. Requires the department of accounting and general services to establish an inventory of public facilities on the lands of the public land trust to which state agencies hold title. Requires state agencies to provide the department of accounting and general services with an inventory of buildings and facilities by January 1, 2014, and to provide the department of accounting and general services with an updated report annually. (Proposed SD1)
