RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Amends section 302A-854, HRS, to require the department of health, in consultation with the University of Hawaii school of nursing and dental hygiene, to provide training and clinical direction to school health aides until June 30, 2014.  Repeals section 302A‑708, HRS, which requires the department of education to provide career pathways development and training opportunities to school health aides in the department's school health services field.  Requires the department of education and department of health to enter into a memorandum of understanding relating to the training of school health aides.  Requires the departments to submit a copy of the memorandum of understanding to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2014.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Authorizes the department of agriculture to dispose of lands and negotiate and enter into leases with the agribusiness development corporation.  Exempts non-agricultural parks lands disposed to the agribusiness development corporation from section 166-8(b)(2) and (5), HRS.  (SD1)
