RELATING TO LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.
Amends Act 156, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, to continue the Nursing Facility Sustainability Program by extending the sunset date of the Act, updating the referral dates in the statute, and appropriating funding out of the nursing facility sustainability program special fund for fiscal year 2013-2014.  Effective June 29, 2013.  Repeals June 30, 2014.  (SD1)

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.
Expands livestock feed subsidies to include goat milk, sheep, lamb, fish, and crustaceans.  Appropriates funds.  (SD1)

Exempts non-agricultural parks lands leased to the agribusiness development corporation from section 166E-8, HRS, under certain conditions.  Allows department of agriculture to negotiate and enter into leases with the agribusiness development corporation.  (SD1)

RELATING TO THE COLORECTAL CANCER SCREENING PILOT PROGRAM.
Establishes a two-year Hawaii colorectal cancer screening pilot program using the Hawaii comprehensive breast and cervical cancer control program as a model.  Appropriates funds for the pilot program.  Repeals on June 30, 2017.  (SD1)

Status and Testimony

RELATING TO FUEL TAX REVENUES.
Permits the county of Hawaii to appropriate the county's share of fuel tax revenue for the maintenance of substandard private subdivision roads that are used by the public.  Provides that neither the State nor the county shall be required to install infrastructure improvements if the roads are thereafter sold to a private entity.  Sunsets 6/30/18.
