SB726 SD1 (SSCR4) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO RENTAL MOTOR VEHICLE SURCHARGE TAX. Exempts car-sharing organizations from the rental motor vehicle surcharge tax.  Defines car-sharing organization.  (SD1)	TIA, WAM
