MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE LEGISLATURE, THE AUDITOR, THE LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE BUREAU, THE OMBUDSMAN, AND THE ETHICS COMMISSION.

Appropriates funds to provide for the expenses of the Legislature, Auditor, Legislative Reference Bureau, Ombudsman, and Ethics Commission.  (HB26 HD1)

Requires payors of non-wage payments for construction services to report the payments to the department of taxation and the provider of construction services.

Requires that projected operating costs of all capital improvements be included in the six-year program and financial plan.
