RELATING TO WATER CONSERVATION.

Encourages the widespread use of gray water in the interests of water conservation.  Requires use of gray water to conform to the State Plumbing Code.  Defines gray water.  (SB454 HD1)

RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.

Amends chapter 266, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to exempt the Department of Transportation, Harbors Division, from the permit and site plan approval requirements relating to submerged lands within the conservation district.  Effective July 1, 2050.  (SB1207 HD1)
