RELATING TO PUBLIC LAND LIABILITY.

Amends and clarifies the definition of "improved public lands" for the limitation of liability for public entities based on the duty to warn of dangers on public lands.  (SD2)

RELATING TO GOVERNMENT.

Requires the department of accounting and general services to establish an inventory of public buildings, facilities, and sites on the lands of the public land trust to which state agencies hold title.  Requires state agencies to provide the department of accounting and general services with an inventory of public buildings, facilities, and sites by January 1, 2014, all programs and hardware associated with the inventory, and an updated inventory of buildings and facilities annually.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD2)

RELATING TO ENFORCEMENT OF VIOLATIONS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Provides alternative civil enforcement options that may be utilized by the BLNR in the processing of natural and cultural resource violation cases.  Effective 07/01/2050.  (SD2)

RELATING TO TORT LIABILITY.

Repeals the sunset date and makes permanent the law shielding county lifeguards from liability with certain exceptions.  Takes effect 1/1/2020.  (SD1)

Status

RELATING TO LIMITED LIABILITY FOR MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, ROCK CLIMBING, RAPPELLING, AND BOULDERING ON GOVERNMENT LAND.

Clarifies that no public entity or public employee shall be liable to any person for injury or damage sustained on government land when engaged in mountain climbing, rock climbing, rappelling, and bouldering.  Defines rock climbing and bouldering.  (SD1)
