Changes inscription on Queen Liliuokalani statue to the dates of her coronation and death.

RELATING TO BURIAL SITES.

Establishes a task force to develop additional procedures and protocols in the event a lineal or cultural descendant of Native Hawaiian skeletal remains that are interred at a burial site cannot be established.

RELATING TO THE KING KAMEHAMEHA CELEBRATION COMMISSION.

Adds a member to the King Kamehameha celebration commission to represent the Daughters of Hawaii.  Changes the representation of the appointed, non-organization representatives on the commission from residents of the islands of Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii to residents of the counties of Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii.  Repeals the commission's authority to appoint an arts program specialist.  Authorizes the commission to appoint an executive director.  Requires the executive director and clerk typist's salaries to be provided, in part, by the State.

Designates the month of February as "‘Olelo Hawaii Month" to celebrate and encourage the use of Hawaiian language.

RELATING TO THE REVIEW OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION PROJECTS.

Authorizes the phased review of projects by the Department of Land and Natural Resources' State Historic Preservation Division to ensure consistency between state and federal law.
