MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR KAHILU THEATRE IN WAIMEA, HAWAII.

Makes an appropriation for operating expenses of the Kahilu theatre in Waimea, Hawaii, in the form of a grant from the state foundation on culture and the arts.
