Presentation on areas of concern discussed at the Monday, July 29, 2013 meeting will be reported to the Oversight of OHCBS Working Group Members at this Monday, August 26, 2013 meeting.
Discussion on the following areas of concern:
1. Elliot Kano, Sandra Joy Eastlack - Review criteria for selection of vendor to certify Adult Community Care Foster Homes
2. Norma Tan - Comparison of physical plant requirements for Adult Community Care Foster Homes and Adult Residential Care Homes
3. Comparison of Administrative Rules relating to Adult Community Care Foster Homes (Admin. Rule 1357) and Adult Residential Care Homes (Admin. Rule 100.1)
