RELATING TO GAMBLING OFFENSES.
Amends a definition in the gambling law to provide that gambling activities offered incident to the purchase of goods or services, or any entries, credits, or play points that extend or permit the privilege of playing a game of chance without charge, constitute gambling.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB343 HD2)

RELATING TO PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS STATEMENTS.
Requires a legislator to file a disclosure of financial interests with the State Ethics Commission between January 1 and January 31 annually.  (HB1132 HD1)

RELATING TO COURT ADVISEMENT CONCERNING ALIEN STATUS.
Requires the court to advise a criminal defendant of the effects of a guilty or no contest plea on alien status in certain criminal proceedings.  Effective July 1, 2013.  (SD1)

RELATING TO SUSPENSION OF FORECLOSURE ACTIONS BY JUNIOR LIENHOLDERS.
Allows a condominium association, as a junior lienholder, to commence or continue a nonjudicial foreclosure action on a property subject to a judicial foreclosure even if the lender has filed for foreclosure.  Preserves the right of owner-occupants to require the foreclosing mortgagee to participate in the dispute resolution process in situations where an association forecloses on residential real property occupied by one or more owner-occupant mortgagors for whom the unit is and has been the person's primary residence for a continuous period of not less than two hundred days immediately preceding the date on which the notice is served and the mortgagee subsequently forecloses its lien on the same property.  (SD1)

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS.
Permits the board of directors of a condominium association to collect a six-month special assessment from the mortgagee or other purchaser of a unit with a recorded lien for delinquent common assessments.  Specifies how excess rental income received by a condominium association shall be paid to existing lien holders.  (SD1)

RELATING TO BUSINESS.
Clarifies that a professional or vocational licensee who inadvertently fails to maintain licensing requirements but who subsequently corrects the failure so that there was no lapse in licensure shall not be guilty of unlicensed activity.  Clarifies that a contractor who inadvertently fails to maintain licensing requirements and who subsequently corrects the failure so that there was a lapse of no more than sixty days in licensure shall not be guilty of unlicensed contracting activity.  (SD1)

RELATING TO EVIDENCE.
Makes permanent the limited news media privilege against the compelled disclosure of sources and unpublished sources.  Expands the exceptions to claiming the privilege.  Clarifies that only persons who validly invoke the privilege will be shielded from fines or imprisonment.  Effective June 29, 2013.  (HB622 HD1)
