RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT. Establishes an assisted community treatment program in lieu of the involuntary outpatient treatment program. Replaces the term "involuntary outpatient treatment" with "assisted community treatment". Makes several amendments regarding involuntary outpatient treatment procedures. (SD1)
