RELATING TO TAXATION. Reduces the tax liability for low-income taxpayers by creating a tax credit that will reduce a taxpayer's income tax to a minimum amount if the taxpayer's federal and Hawaii adjusted gross income falls below certain thresholds. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO FOSTER CARE. Establishes the young adult voluntary foster care program to care for and supervise eligible foster youth until age twenty-one. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
