The purpose of this informational briefing is to hear from Hawaii’s system of community health centers on the effects of the Affordable Care Act and healthcare transformation on individuals in the grey zone of 133% - 200% FPL, and the trend toward risk adjustment and payment reform. Other organizations are asked to attend and provide information.
