RELATING TO THE HAWAII HEALTH SYSTEMS CORPORATION. Amends Hawaii health systems corporation statutes, Chapter 323F, HRS, to appoint the regional chief executive officers as nonvoting members of the Hawaii health systems corporation board. Authorizes the governor to appoint six additional community members. Clarifies the powers of the Hawaii health systems corporation board and the regional boards. Creates new collective bargaining units and retirement system.
