RELATING TO EDUCATION. Appropriates an unspecified amount in general funds for the Hawaii Educational Policy Center for each fiscal year of fiscal biennium 2013-2015 to conduct research and policy analysis on education issues. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB719 HD2)

RELATING TO THE REGENTS CANDIDATE ADVISORY COUNCIL. Authorizes the Governor to request the presentation of additional candidates for nomination to the University of Hawaii Board of Regents. Requires the Regents Candidate Advisory Council to fulfill the request within ninety days. (HB1071 HD1)
