RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES. Appropriates funds to establish and operate a comprehensive service center for deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind individuals. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB1430 HD2)

RELATING TO THE ELDERLY. Creates the Hawaii Kupuna Trust Fund, comprising public and private funding, for meeting the outstanding and future needs of the elderly and vulnerable adult population. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB7 HD2)

RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES. Establishes a refundable state Earned Income Tax Credit. Requires the Department of Human Services to offer financial education to applicants for and recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. Appropriates funds. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB385 HD2)

RELATING TO THE SENIOR RESIDENCE AT PIIKOI, OAHU. Authorizes the director of finance to issue general obligation bonds for the construction of the Senior Residence at Piikoi, an affordable senior rental housing project on Oahu. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB276 HD2)

RELATING TO YOUTH. Requires the Office of Youth Services to coordinate a Safe Places for Youth Pilot Program to coordinate a network that youth may access for safety and where they may obtain advice, guidance, programs, and services. Appropriates funds. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB395 HD2)
