RELATING TO A STATE LOTTERY. Requires the department of business, economic development, to investigate the feasibility for Hawaii to participate in the multi-state Powerball lottery operated by the Multi-State Lottery Association or the Mega Millions lottery operated by the Mega Millions consortium, or both.  Requires a report to the legislature.
